REFRESHING SNACK RECIPE !!!


                                          
                          Summer frozen fruit smoothie pops      
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups Watermelon (seedless or remove seeds)
  • 3/4 cup of strawberry yogurt
  • Sweetener: , Honey, Agave, Maple or your favorite natural sweetener to taste 
                                 
             THEN PUT ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS INTO A BLENDER AND BLEND IT ALL TOGETHER!!WHEN YOU ARE ALL DONE BLENDING EVERYTHING POUR IT INTO A PAPER CUP!!!! PUT A PIECE OF TINFOIL ON THE CUP, AND PUT A POPSICLE STICK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TINFOIL!!!!!  PUT IN THE FREEZER FOR 3 HOURS OR UNTIL FROZEN!! .......... WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OUT OF THE FREEZER  PULL THE  POPSICLE STICK OUT AND ENJOY... THEY ARE SO YUMMY AND REFRESHING...~ LYVIE
